Many people who have ADHD or have ADHD-like symptoms seek help. However, typical ADHD medication like Adderall can cause severe side effects. There are natural alternatives out there that can help ADHD without the health risks. A company called Thesis Nootropics is one place that offers various personalized Nootropic blends that cater directly to an individual's needs. These unique blends can improve focus areas like energy, clarity, motivation, and creativity, but what are the ingredients, and how do they contribute to enhancing these focus areas? The main active ingredient in the energy blend is called Teacrine, a patented compound derived from the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) and other natural sources. It is a natural and structurally similar analog to caffeine. The main difference is that it is long-lasting and doesn't cause the jitters or crashes commonly associated with caffeine. TeaCrine is marketed as an energy and focus booster that can help with mental clarity, alertness, and motivation without the adverse side effects of caffeine. It also enhances physical performance and reduces fatigue. Some studies have shown promising results for TeaCrine, suggesting that it can improve cognitive function and mood, increase energy levels, and reduce stress and anxiety without causing the adverse side effects associated with caffeine.

The second blend that Thesis has is called the clarity blend. This particular blend's key active ingredient is Alpha-GPC. Alpha GPC, a choline-containing phospholipid, can be found in small amounts in certain foods, such as milk and organ meats. Moreover, the body produces Alpha GPC due to phosphatidylcholine metabolism. Scientists have examined the potential positive effects of Alpha GPC on cognition, physical performance, and aging. Some possible benefits include memory improvement, enhanced cognitive function, better athletic performance, and support for healthy aging. Additionally, it has been utilized in the treatment of conditions like Alzheimers' disease, stroke, and dementia; however, further research is necessary to understand its efficacy in these areas. The third is the motivation blend, with CDT (Dynamine) as its key ingredient. Dynamine is methylliberine, a purine alkaloid. Its molecular structure is similar to theacrine (TeaCrine) and is believed to behave similarly in the body. They are not stimulants, though they perform well with caffeine. Dynamine's onset is faster than caffeine, while TeaCrine's is slower; therefore, combining all three may lead to a unique faster-acting start coupled with a longer-lasting sensory experience without the crash. Caffeine, Dynamine, and TeaCrine have aided with working memory, cognitive control, and reaction time during mentally and physically demanding tasks. Studies show that CDT can help reaction time compared to placebo. It can also contribute to less procrastination and higher productivity.

The last blend of the Thesis supplement is called the creativity blend. The main ingredient is KSM-66 Ashwagandha. A more in-depth article on Ashwagandha has already been written on Learning Different (see for more info), but KSM-66 Ashwagandha differs in a few ways. KSM-66 is produced using a unique proprietary extraction process without alcohol or other chemical solvent. KSM-66 offers the highest concentration of full spectrum extract. As a root extract, KSM-66 Ashwagandha is virtually non-toxic. KSM-66 Ashwagandha has been shown to have various health benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving cognitive function and memory, enhancing physical performance, and supporting healthy testosterone levels. Each Thesis blend offers various benefits that may help with ADHD symptoms. Different blends may be better or worse for other people, but they all have the potential to ease specific ADHD symptoms based on the clinical literature of the active ingredients. However, everything is not guaranteed, and supplements should not be taken to substitute any medication with doctors' approval. Thesis nootropics may be a gateway to a more natural, healthier way to alleviate ADHD.

Disclaimer: The ingredients listed are not the only ingredients active in the blends; interactions may also differ from person to person. It is essential to talk to a doctor and only to try or come off medication after talking to a doctor first.
